The competition's purpose is to discover artists of outstanding personality and provide awards which can help to launch international careers.
All auditions for the jury will be based by video or audio recordings. And the final selection of winners will be based on the same recordings submitted. "Golden Classical Music Awards" International Competition is open to all nationalities and ages.
A selected group of winners receives an invitation to perform at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.

There are five age categories.
Young Musician: 8 years old and under
Junior: 9 to 12 years old
Intermediate: 13 to 15 years old
Advanced: 16 to 18 years old
Senior: no age limit
There are three age categories for chamber music ensembles.
Group A: under 12 years old
Group B: 13 - 18 years old
Group C: 18 years old and older

MinutesParticipants are required to submit 1, 2, or 3 video/audio recording materials for the participation. Recording should be a fair representation of the contestants' abilities, but don't need to be of a professional quality.
SOLO
Young Musician: 8 years old and under

Junior: 9 to 12 years old
Free program consisting of works from any classical music period. Approximately 5 minutes.
Intermediate: 13 to 15 years old
Free program consisting of works from any classical music period. Approximately 6 minutes.
Advanced: 16 to 18 years old
Free program consisting of works from any classical music period. Approximately 6 minutes.
Senior: no age limit
Free program consisting of works from any classical music period. Approximately 10 minutes.
CHAMBER MUSIC
Group A: under 12 years old
Free program consisting of works from any classical music period. Approximately 5 minutes.
Group B: 13 - 18 years old
Free program consisting of works from any classical music period. Approximately 5 minutes.
Group C: 18 years old and older
Free program consisting of works from any classical music period. Approximately 10 minutes.
A selected group of winners will receive an invitation to perform at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, March 2020. The rest will receive their diploma by post.
